• Junior Chef De Partie

Due to an increase of business the Grand Central is seeking a 4th year commis/ junior chef de partie to join the team for the busy summer season, full time employment is available until September

Duties will include:

Assisting senior chefs
Following SOP’s
Maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment 

Essential Criteria:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
At least 1 years’ experience in similar role
Ability to take responsibility of starter section
HACCP min Level 2
Breakfast shift experience 

Applicants should note that shifts may vary between mornings and evenings and weekend work will be compulsory 

  • Food & Beverage assistants - min 1 years experience in similar role
  • Accommodation assistants - min 1 years experience in similar role
